FMWCC requires each member to fill out a new application each year and we welcome new members year-round. You may fill out the form below or submit a traditional paper application. Traditional applications are available at the membership table at all of our meetings but you may print one here if you would like to fill it out beforehand and bring it with you.

Club dues are $50 annually and members may pay in one of three ways: at the membership table at any of our meetings; by mailing a completed paper application along with a check made payable to FMWCC to PO Box 62191, Fort Myers, Florida 33906; or online through our website. Payment with a credit card will incur a small convenience surcharge.
